Alaia Paris’s scent is based on the contrast of cool tones, such as red pepper, with oriental, hot flavors, like musk. This perfume opens with notes of mountain air and pink pepper. Middle notes include a floral explosion of freesia, rose and peony. A base of animalistic tones and musk complete the scent. Alaia Paris’s fragrance is inspired by the designer’s memories of childhood spent in Tunisia like water poured over hot brick walls.
